Eastern Blooms TOU

I finally got my light box made but it was nearly impossible to get decent light yesterday as the weather was absolutely dismal. Even with lamps on it was hard to get good light.

At any rate, here is today's card. I'm working on TOU cards since I have a card ministry at church and am running low. I use retired paper for that ministry as you can see by the Washington Apple DSP on the car. It was awesome to have a Riding Hood Red marker to go with it though! The stamp sets are Eastern Blooms and a retired Level I Hostess set that I love called Warmest Regards. I wish they would have put it in the main catalog because it's so delicate and a great size. I used Garden Green and Pumpkin Pie for the flowers too and used our new little Bitty punches to get the flowers in pumpkin. I adhered a tiny pearl bling to those.

Finally, I rounded the corners to give it a different look.

That's it for me! Enjoy your day off if you got to float the holiday!
Much love and joy,

  1. Super cute card, Karen! I love the colors in it and I think the rounded corners give a very nice touch. Believe it or not, I still don't have the corner rounder... may have to add it to my neverending wish list! :-)
